24	Album cover art has generally been a distinctive feature of the genre, exemplified for many particularly by Roger Dean's covers for most Yes albums: as the band's bassist Chris Squire notes, "he kind of piggybacked on our career and vice-versa. It was a good union and a good thing that we got together" (qtd. in Prasad, "Yes", n. pag.).
25	Using Internet audio delivery mechanisms like Real Audio fans can now also listen to a band's music before or even while discussing its relative merits on the newsgroups, by accessing fan group, artist and label Web sites.
26	Necessarily such descriptions of 'the average fan' or 'the typical Net user' will be generalising, and exceptions can always be found. Still, homologies between sufficiently large groups do allow certain meaningful conclusions.
27	This also constitutes a rebellion against the mainly prepackaged and passive mainstream forms of entertainment.
